How are your kids doing?

How are your kids doing?

Funny joke: A 12-year-old, 13-year-old and 19-year-old are stuck in isolation at home and… ok it wasn’t a funny joke, it’s our current reality. And while I LOVE being with my kids, they’re not exactly having the same experience…

They miss their friends. They’re worried about their grandparents. They’re afraid they won’t return to school. They’re afraid things won’t be back to normal…

Take my Projector son for example, he has the gate 36…which, is fondly called the gate of boredom.  In my 13-year-old, it can cause chaos when he’s bored… You can imagine the fun we’re having here!

The current situation isn’t helping, especially since he’s used to getting out to roller skate, rock climb, swim, canoe…

He’s also a Projector so he’s feeling the fear of the whole world inside of his sensitive body while he (and his brother) are going through puberty.  The joy (facetious tone)!

This strange experience we’re having is impacting us all. Many of us are balancing work and family and homeschooling and our own fears at the same time. Knowing how to ease your child’s concerns and anxiety, stay on a schedule and support your child correctly according to their Human Design is crucial to keeping your children healthy and resilient – and keeping you feeling good too!

Watch as I talk about how to:

  • Talk to children about their emotions
  • Learn how to glean the messages our emotions have and enjoy their emotions
  • Teach your child how to be self-empowered and capable during these times
