I have been in the healing arts for over 20 years. It is my life’s mission to discover exactly what true health is. In this quest I have discovered the undeniable relationship between mind, body and spirit primarily through the practice of Chinese Medicine as well as many other powerful mind-body techniques. Human Design has become an integral part in my healing practice.

Being that it is my mission to assist people on their own healing journey, I have delved into many consciousness-based healing modalities. I am my own best subject. I do not use anything that I have not used extensively with myself. I have had deep pain and great joys. I am the wounded healer who is here to guide you along your way!

My goal is to show you how to be the best you can be. I can show you how you may have gotten stuck and help you unravel and recover the person you really are. I specialize in deep emotional wounding. I believe that you can’t fully reach the light unless you first embrace the shadow. I hold your hand and show you it is nothing to fear and is in fact your way to feeling truly empowered.
